Secure the ornaments.... dark room disco ahoy

It was almost exactly a year ago when we tearfully waved goodbye to Moog, our home for 3 years since 2009, with a massive New Years Eve party and all night session till 6am. It was one hell of a party, not only because many of us knew this legendary venue was finally closing it's doors (and of course it was blinkin' new years eve) but also partly due to the fact we had invited Mark Rayner from the Wild Honey Soundsystem collective, Osbourne from DiY and Mr Alex Traska from MHYH Radio to join us for some disco bother on the decks.  It was an ace night and one that still tickles us some 12 months on.

Fast forward 12 months and it's been a rollicking year for us. It began with a massive hangover and a 4 month comedown as we pondered on life without Moog, what to do with a crowd that wanted to keep on dancing but more importantly where on earth to take our party. After much deliberation we plumped for The Bodega and in 2012 we saw the likes of Ashley Beedle, Recloose, Faze Action, Leftside Wobble, Crazy P, Paul 'Trouble' Anderson, Cosmic Boogie and many others join us for some brilliant parties at the well known Pelham Street venue.

Now with New Years Eve once again on the horizon we're pumped up for another party but this time we're planning on doing something a bit different as a special one off session in a new venue for us so here's the deal with just the juicy bits for your noggin' to take in:

NYE. Soul Buggin' vs. Wild Honey. Upstairs at The Old Angel boozer. 9pm-4am. One dark room with a side room bar. A big system. £5 entry on the door

The Old Angel is a well known pub in the centre of Hockley but we'll be doing our thing upstairs till the early hours and we'd love you to join us

We look forward to shaking a leg with you all

:)

PS - Oh, and don't worry if you've already made plans over Christmas, we'll be back at the Bodega in the new year with a whole load more of goodness.
